GREENSHIP for New Building is a Building Certification System that evaluates New Building Development which includes the Design and Construction phase. This Certification gives the project team opportunities to create environmentally friendly buildings that are comprehensive with innovative and creative approaches from the design phase to the operational phase. The target market for GREENSHIP NB is the building owner, who is usually represented by the design and construction team in engaging the development activities of the particular building. These are types of projects that can be included in the GREENSHIP NB Certification Process, namely: a. located on an empty site and is a new building b. located on a constructed site and has renovation activities with a minimum portion of 90% on mechanical, electrical, or structural works; and c. located on a site in an integrated area and is a new building. The scope of the rating in GREENSHIP NB is the development stage
