Jakarta, 18 December 2024—Talavera Office Park has been awarded the prestigious GREENSHIP Existing Building Certification by the Green Building Council Indonesia. This recognition highlights the building’s excellence in operational management and maintenance practices, meeting the rigorous standards for buildings that have been used for at least one year. 


Developed over fifteen years of continuous research and collaboration with leading physicians, experts, and industry professionals, the GREENSHIP rating tool is a performance-based certification system that integrates best practices in design and construction with evidence-based scientific research. Talavera Office Park earned this distinction by excelling in six categories of building performance: Appropriate Site Development, Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Water Conservation, Material Resources and Cycle, Indoor Health and Comfort, and Building and Environmental Management.



Talavera Office Park earned high scores across various assessment categories, with exceptional performance in water conservation. Advanced technology and sustainability-focused management practices enable the building to manage water use efficiently, demonstrating a strong commitment to resource conservation. 


Additionally, the building excels in the energy efficiency and conservation category, integrating energy-efficient systems into its operations to significantly reduce carbon emissions. These efforts directly contribute to Indonesia’s national goals and reflect the building’s dedication to real-world environmental impact. 


The certification ceremony, held on 18 December 2024 at Talavera Office Park, was attended by key figures, including Mr. Sugiono Budihardjo, as the Director of PT Grahalestari Ciptakencana, Mr. Ignesjz Kemalawarta as the Chairperson of GBC Indonesia, Mrs. Prisca Winata as the GREENSHIP Professional, and Mr. Nugroho from Sertifikasi Bangunan Hijau, along with other attendees whose presence we deeply appreciate and respect. The agenda included speeches, a plaque handover, a certificate handover, and a networking session.
