Jakarta, June 11, 2023 — After going through the whole certification process, DBS Bank Tower at Ciputra World 1 Jakarta has once again achieved GREENSHIP Certification. This marks the second time the tower has received this recognition, with an impressive upgrade from a GOLD rank to a PLATINUM rank.

The event commenced with opening remarks from a representative of Ciputra World, Bapak Sugwantono Tanto, followed by Pak Iwan from GBC Indonesia, and concluded with Pak Yodi from Yodaya, the consulting firm. Following the speeches, there was a ceremonial handover and a photo session.

In terms of certification details, DBS Bank Tower Ciputra World 1 scored the following points:

• Energy Efficiency and Conservation: 23
• Water Conservation: 18
• Material Resources and Cycle: 9
• Indoor Health and Comfort: 16
• Building Environment Management: 8

This culminated in a total score of 85 points, securing the PLATINUM rank.

The upgraded re-certification is attributed to the tower's continuous improvement in building management, enhancing the work environment for its human resources.
