On August 30, 2024, the President of the Republic of Indonesia inaugurated the Persahabatan Hospital’s Maternal and Child Respiratory Health Service Building. The event was attended by Mr. Iwan Prijanto, Chairman of Green Building Council Indonesia.
We are pleased to announce that Persahabatan Hospital, Jakarta, is undertaking a triple certification process to achieve GREENSHIP New Building, GREENSHIP Neighborhood, and GREENSHIP Net Zero certifications. This marks the first time a project has registered for more than one certification. By pursuing these three certifications simultaneously, Persahabatan Hospital is demonstrating its dedication to reducing its environmental footprint and prioritizing the well-being of its patients and staff.
The hospital’s decision to pursue these certifications is a testament to its belief in the importance of sustainable healthcare. By creating a greener and more efficient facility, Persahabatan Hospital is not only contributing to a healthier environment but also setting a new standard for healthcare facilities throughout Indonesia. As the hospital continues its journey toward certification, we remain committed to providing support and guidance to ensure its success.
